Flight Irregularities

 A flight irregularity is not an emergency situation having an immediate impact on the safe operation. It is applicable to a flight decided to return to the point of departure or change its destination due to a failure in the aircraft multi-system which was successfully adjusted by a flight crew according to the manual, ensuring its safety.

 Flight irregularities are as described below. Aircraft accidents and serious incidents are not included.

1. Diversions (*1)
2. Returned to its departure place (*1)
3. Flight crew requested an ATC priority landing (*1)
4. Accidental contact with other aircraft or object
5. Runway excursions
6. Operation requiring a runway closure (*2)

(*1) Limited to aircraft system malfunctions or crew incapacitation
(*2) Except a closure for runway inspection
